May you be inspired to challenge yourself to reach a little farther than you could have on your own. 

A precious friend told me years ago that food is intimate. It truly is. We communicate so much in our actions including our food. Due to multiple food allergies, intolerances and choices to better manage our health, here's my kitchen: I eat completely grain free and refined sugar free (Paleo of sorts) and my guys eat gluten free and limited dairy. Whether through getting a new recipe, perspective, encouraging word or silly side note, may you be reminded we're all in this messy life together.
