'How do I' plus my 10 minute egg
So how do I do this? Why do I do this? Does it matter? Will it really help anyone? Will anyone be able to or have time to read past all of my sentence fragments and run-on sentences? Can I just be messy? Is it okay to be scattered? Can I really encourage others to enjoy life and experience healthy living? Can I be as random and real online as I am in real life? The questions go on... BECAUSE here's what really happens...I think a bazillion thoughts and words while out on my early morning walk with the pups. I come home and jump into my day and by the time my fingers reach the keyboard, I type a sentence. One. Then it's time to drop off or pick up or be some where. All good things. Then I get back to the keyboard and have a couple of thoughts which are followed by second guessing their cohesiveness and value. Then it's time to prep/cook something or just maybe dash off to a yoga class. Awww, yoga. Then back to the joys of running and going and doing.
And I want to celebrate and savor ALL those things. So here's where I landed, yes. Yes in the midst of... Yes to showing up no matter how scattered. Yes to staying quirky. Yes to connecting. Yes to sharing tidbits regardless of how tiny. Yes to saying we're all in this messy life together. Yes to being present. Yes to reminding myself to breathe and reminding you to too!!
Okay, here's my gift to you today, besides reminding you to breathe: My 10 minute egg. Cooked perfectly every time! A perfect on-hand protein pack for on-the-go or being still!
