Chimichurri Sauce
So there’s something I say at the beginning of almost every yoga class, “I am just a guide. I make recommendations but you know your body best so just listen to what you need.” In baking, yes it needs to be exact; but with cooking, I so much more adopt a go with your flow perspective.
This chimichurri sauce is just that. I love the brightness of the white wine vinegar but if you feel like toning it down, just add more olive oil. If you want it to be heavy on the heat, feel free to make your pinch of red pepper flakes a little bigger. You get it. Have fun! This sauce is great over meats, veggies or anything begging for a little zip and brightness! Enjoy!
