Gooey Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

This skillet cookie speaks comfort food on all levels and it has to be one of my favorite prep ahead desserts. Make it a few days early and just pop it in the freezer before baking. Move it over from the freezer to the fridge the day you want to bake it. Take it out of fridge and rest on countertop for about an hour before you bake it. Enjoy every ounce of this gooey chocolatey goodness!
