Holiday Mashed Cauliflower

This cauliflower dish is such a change up from traditional mashed cauliflower. The sage and rosemary make it taste like Thanksgiving or Christmas in a bowl. I can’t get enough of it. And I know I’m talking about cauliflower! Such a gift! Since we live in Texas, I still have fresh herbs growing outside so they’re easy to toss in. If you’re short on fresh herbs, feel free to sub with dried. Have a beautiful day!

  • 16 oz. cauliflower florets (steamed and drained)
  • 2 Tbsp grass-fed butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh minced rosemary (if you don’t have fresh, reduce amount by half and use dried)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Few grinds of fresh ground black pepper

Puree all the ingredients in the blender. Pour into serving dish and enjoy the goodness!
